Gregory A. Krausz, MA, CAADC, LPC, PMAC, PECS
DIRECTOR
A Licensed Professional Counselor and CAADC Greg is the Director of Mid Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS) in Bethlehem, PA, Owner of Monocacy Counseling Associates, and a Consultant/Trainer with the Council on Compulsive Gambling of PA. Greg has been the Facility Director of MARS since its inception in 2008. He is a graduate of Moravian Theological Seminary in 2002 with a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling. He has been a counselor, and program director in the addiction and mental health counseling field for the past 28 years. He was awarded the 2016 Bishop Kortz award for excellence in the field of Pastoral Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary.

Betsy J. Martellucci, M.Ed., LPC, CAADC, PECS, PMAC
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Betsy Martellucci is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CAADC) who has been practicing in Pennsylvania for the last 28 years. Graduating in Psychology from Temple University in 1994, she received a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University in 1998. She has an array of experience in community mental health, Substance Use Disorder and private practice settings. Betsy has specialized in working with families with SUD and codependency as a clinical focus. Ms. Martellucci currently holds the position of Clinical Director of Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS).

Sharika Ford, MHS, CAADC, LPC, HRS, PECS
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). Sharika is a Clinical Supervisor and the Director of Case Management Services at Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS) in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She is also owner of Ford & Associates Counseling Services located in Easton, PA. Sharika graduate Lincoln University in 2010 earning a Master’s Degree in Human Services. She has been serving the Human Service field for the past 17 years providing treatment for mental health and substance use.

Kaitlyn Stahl, MA, LPC
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Kaitlyn is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who is committed to helping individuals heal, feel empowered, and develop overall wellness to live a fulfilling life. She is passionate about guiding individuals, especially children, adolescents, young adults, and couples using different approaches specific to each person. She focuses on processing past wounds, developing healthy coping skills, journey through grief, improving self-esteem, and much more. Her approach includes CBT, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, and a Narrative approach.

Paige Lilly-Ivens, MA, LPC
DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PROGRAM INNOVATION/CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Paige Lilly-Ivens, MA, LPC is MARS' Director of Quality Assurance and Program Innovation as well as one of our Clinical Supervisors. She began her time at MARS as an intern working with both adults and adolescents facilitating individual and group counseling. From then until now, her position has morphed into supporting clients and MARS behind the scenes. She is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality client care within the field. Committed to lifelong development, she is pursuing her Ph.D. to further her skills in supervising, educating counselors in training, and program evaluation.In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, cooking and baking, painting, crocheting, reading, weightlifting, hiking, yoga, and camping.

Helen Diaz, BS, CAAP, CRS, CFRS
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS
A Certified Recovery Specialist and a United States Army Veteran, Helen began her career at Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS) in 2019 as a Clinician for the Hospital Opiate Support Team (HOST Program). She transitioned to the role of Case Manager in 2021. Today, she oversees the Case Management Program at MARS as the Case Management Coordinator and engages in outreach as the Director of Community Relations.

Jeffrey Marchese, LCSW
STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SAP) COORDINATOR
OUTPATIENT COUNSELORJeffrey received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University and is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania. Jeff has been part of the MARS team since 2009, currently serving as the MARS Student Assistant Program (SAP) Coordinator as well as an outpatient counselor for both individuals and families. Prior to his work with MARS, Jeff was a substance abuse counselor, at both the inpatient and outpatient levels, providing individual and family dual diagnosis services. Jeff’s counseling style involves a strengths-based focus coupled with active listening. This empowers clients to feel supported and grow through recognition of their own abilities. Jeff places a strong emphasis on family involvement in treatment, understanding the critical role that one’s environment plays in their opportunities to succeed.

Wanda L. Chaparro, PsyD, CAADC, PMAC
HISPANIC PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Wanda is the Hispanic Program Coordinator as well one of the group facilitators for the MARS English Intensive Outpatient Program. Wanda has worked with individuals, families, and communities impacted by mental health and the use/abuse of substances for many years. She received a Doctorate degree from Ashford University with a specialization in Mental Health, and a Master's degree from Saint Joseph University in Criminal Justice. She also serves on the Lehigh County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). Wanda believes strongly that we must be involved in the communities that we serve, and this reflects in the way she serves and relates to clients and families.

Katelyn Nicholas, MA, LPC, NCC
ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR
INTAKE SUPERVISORKatelyn is the assessment coordinator at Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services. Katelyn also counsels individuals, couples, and families throughout the MARS outpatient program and FORT (Families Obtaining Recovery Together) program. Katelyn started with MARS as a practicum student in November of 2019 and has continued to engage in different areas of MARS throughout and after her graduation with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Kutztown University. Katelyn Nicholas is currently a master’s level, pre-licensed counselor who has her National Counselor Certification. Katelyn is currently working towards her license in professional counseling.

Felicia Fehr, CRSS, CRS, CFRS
RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Felicia Fehr is a person in long term recovery. Felicia is our Recovery Support Services Program Coordinator and works as a Certified Family Recovery Specialist with our FORT Program. Felicia has an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Felicia has been with MARS since 2019 and has helped to create the Recovery Support Services Program.

Lorna Talbot, BS
CONTROLLER/ADMINISTRATOR
Lorna came to MARS in 2017 as the Administrator of MARS. Lorna's educational experience includes a bachelor's degree in political science with an Accounting Concentrate from East Stroudsburg University. Lorna's professional experience includes working in various finance departments promoting the company's financial success. In 2022, Lorna also took on the role as company controller. Lorna is also is a Pennsylvania Notary Public.

Laurie Kraemer
BILLING MANAGER
Laurie is the Billing Manager at Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS). Laurie came to MARS in 2017 as a Billing Assistant then then was subsequently promoted to Billing Manager. Laurie's experience includes being a Senior Financial Counselor at various healthcare organizations. Laurie is an integral part of the MARS Administration Office.
